The University Village community consists of a 4-story independent living with 140 units. It has Two large interior courtyards, a large patio area with an indoor swimming pool. It also has many common areas for resident use like, large dining room with chef prepared meals, Billiards room, Library, Theater room, Exercise room, several craft rooms, private dining room for parties, Bistro, Laundry rooms with service if needed, Wood shop, and beauty salon.
The village also has a 3-story Assisted Living facility with 101 units. It has one large interior courtyard and has many of the same amenities as the independent living building. This building has staff to take care of Assisted Living needs.
There are also (3) 4-plex single story independent living units, (2) tri-plex single story independent living units and (4) duplex for independent living units.
The village also has other amenities around the site like Large green house for resident use, covered outdoor party room with fire pit, large chess board, Botchi Ball court and (2) dog parks.
