The Jefferson House Facility was designed to have two floors of Memory Care Living above parking to save space. It is difficult to find enough land in Kirkland, WA to have a single-story building. Each floor has all the amenities needed to sustain the needs of the residents on their floor. They also have amenities like a small store, post office, Ice Cream Parlor, Theater and a Garage with a vintage vehicle.

  • Exterior Finish: Hardie panel siding with Brick accents areas

  • Location: Kirkland, WA and also in Edmonds, WA
