This project is an addition to an existing house on the bay. It is 3 story addition and consists of a large 3 car garage with a theater room above, two bathrooms, 3 story elevator, butler kitchen, laundry room on two floors, bedroom, office and covered outdoor patio with covered deck above with panoramic views of the bay, inlet and the rest of their property.
